Cheese Balls

1.Cheese grated (paneer):- 500g
2.Bottle gourd grated:- 1/4 cup
3.Besan (chana flour):- 1/4 cup
4.Red chilli powder:- 1 tsp
5.Coriander powder:- 1 tsp
6.Garam masala:- 1/4 tsp
7.Salt:- to taste
8.Oil:- for frying

Take a bowl and put all ingredients in it (not oil) .Now mix them well and make 20  small balls with this mixture.Then heat the oil and make them deep fry till their color turns into brown.Serve hot.


Lemon Rice

1.Boiled rice:- 2 cups
2.Lemon juice:- 4 tsp
5.Curry leaves::- 10
6. Rai:- 1/2 tsp
7.Jeera:- 1/2 tsp
8.Peanuts:- 2 tsp
9.Bhuna channa dal:- 4 tsp
10.Green chillies: 4 ( cut into long slices)
11.Turmeric (haldi):- 1/4 tsp
12.Salt:- to taste
13.Oil:- 2 tsp

Heat the oil in pan and add peanuts and chana dal, fry them for 3 – 4 minutes.Then add. rai, jeera,  green chillies and curry leaves. After a minute add turmeric into this mixture.Now add rice,salt and lemon juice and mix well.

Koffta Curry



For balls
1.Bottle gourd(grated):- 1 bowl
2.Onion (grated):-  1/4 bowl
3.Ginger(grated):- 1/2 tsp
4.Paneer (cheese,grated):-1/4 bowl

7.Coriander powder:- 1 tsp
8.Garam masala:- 1/4 tsp
9.Salt:- to taste
10.Oil:- for frying

For Curry
1.Onion (grated):- 1 bowl
2.Tomato(paste):- 1 1/2 bowl
3.Ginger and Garlic(mashed):- 2  tsp
4.Green chillies (paste):- 1 tsp
5.Red chilli powder:- 1 tsp
6.Turmeric(haldi):- 1/2 tsp
7.Coriander poeder:- 1 tsp
8.Garam masala:- 1/2 tsp
9.Cumin seeds(jeera):-1/4 tsp
10.Salt:- to taste
10.Oil:- 3-4 tsp
11.Coriander leaves(chopped):- 1 tsp

First of all squeeze grid bottle gourd and put in a bowl.Then add onion,ginger,besan and all spices in it.mix well.Now make 1 inch small balls of this.heat the oil and drop balls in it.Make them fry on medium flame till their colour turns into brown .


Heat the oil, add jeera, ginger garlic and fry for a minute.Put onion into this and cook till they turn in brown colour.Than add green chillies and all spices and fry for a minute.After a minute add tomatoes and mix well.Cook until oil start floating, then add 2 cup water and let it boiled.Now add balls into curry and cook for another 5 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with prathas or rice.

Egg Curry


1. Boiled eggs:- 6
2. Onion:- 2 large (cut into long slices)
3. Tomatoes:- 2-3 (cut into long slices)
4. Ginger:- 1/2 inch (cut into 4 pieces)
5. Garlic:- 5-6 pieces
6. Green chillies:- 3
7. Kaju:- 10
8. Red chilli powder:- 1/2 tsp
9. Turmeric (haldi):- 1/2 tsp
10.Coriander powder:- 1 tsp
11.Chicken masala:- 1/2 tsp
12.Garam masala:- 1/4 tsp
13.Salt:- to taste
14.Oil:- 7-8 tsp
15.Cream (malai):- 1/2 cup
16.Coriander leaves:- 2 tsp (chopped)

Heat the oil(4 tsp),add onion,ginger and garlic cook them till their colour turn into brown.Then take them out and keep a side .Take a mixture grinder jar and put tomatoes,green chillies,kaju and brown (onion,ginger and garlic) then make a paste of them.Take a pan on the flame and heat the oil (3 tsp) then add this paste ,cook this paste for 5 minutes.Then add all spices and cream in it.Mix well. Cover a pan and cook on for 10-15 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Stuffed Bhindi

Bhari bhindi 2

1.Bindi(ladyfingers):- 500g
2.Onion paste:- 1 cup
3.Tomato paste:- 1 cup
4.Ginger,Garlic and Green chilli paste:- 1 TSP
5.Turmeric(haldi):- 1/2 tsp
6.Coriander powder:-1 tsp
7.Red chilli powder:- 1/2 tsp
8.Garam masala:- 1/4 tsp
9.Chat masala:- 1/2 tsp
10.Salt:- to taste
11.Oil:- 6 tsp

First wash bindi then let them dry.Cut the edges of bindi and make the long cut in the center of bhindi. Keep them a side for a while.Now we shall start stuffing,put pan on the flame and pour 4tsp oil. After two minutes add onion paste fry it untill onion change its colour into brown.Then add ginger garlic and green chilli paste and tomatoes.After few mintues add all spices and mix well. Cook for another 7-8 minutes.Stuff bhindi with this masala.Now heat the oil and add bhindi’s in it.Cook for 8-10 minutes.Serve hot with parathas.

Lemon Chicken


1.Chicken:- 700g
2.Ginger Garlic paste:- 1 1/2 tsp
3.Oil:- 2 tsp
4.Red chilli powder:- 1 tsp
5.Coriander powder:- 1tsp
6.Curd:- 2tsp
7.Lemon juice:- 2 tsp
8.Salt:- to taste
9.Garam masala:-a pinch


  • In a bowl put chicken,curd,1tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,lemon juice and salt  mix them well.keep a side for one hour.
  •  Heat the oil,add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and the marinated chicken. Mix well.
  • Cover a pan and cook on high flame for 15 min or till the chicken is tender. Sprinkle garam masala .Serve hot with green chatni and salad.

Ginger garlic jeera rice




1.Boiled rice:- 4 cups
2.onion(long slices):- 2
3.ginger(mashed):- 2 tsp
4.garlic(mashed):- 2 tsp
5.Jeera(cumin seeds):- 1/2 tsp
6.Oil:- 4 tsp
7.Coriander leaves(chopped):- 2tsp
8.Green chillies(cut into long slices):- 4-5 chillies
9.Salt:- to taste


Take a pan on heat, pour oil after 2 minutes add jeera,ginger, and garlic.
When ginger and garlic changes their colour add onions,green chillies and salt. Cook for 2-3 min then add rice and coriander in it.mix well.
Serve hot with raita (masala curd).

(Use only cold rice.)
