Fish Cakes

1.Onion :- 1 small
2.Ginger:- 1/2 inch
3.Garlic:- 7 pieces
4.Coriander leaves :- 1 tbsp (chopped)
5.Green chillies :- 2
6.Lime leaves :- 2 kaffir (or fresh lemon leaves)
7.Lemon grass 2 cm:- 1
8.White fish fillets,skinned and steamed :- 350g
9.Egg :- 1 beaten
10.Fish sauce:- 1 1/2 tsp
11.Potato,boiled and mashed:- 1 large
12.Crushed peanuts:- 1 tsp
13.Green beans:- 8 (thinly sliced)
14.Oil:- 4 tsp (for shallow fry)

Blanch the lime leaves in hot water and discard the central rib.In a food processor grind onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies and coriander leaves to paste.Add the fish,egg,fish sauce,potato and peanuts.Process till smooth.Now add beans and shredded lime grass.Mix well,shape into cutlets.Than heat the oil in pan and do shallow fry.


Egg Curry


1. Boiled eggs:- 6
2. Onion:- 2 large (cut into long slices)
3. Tomatoes:- 2-3 (cut into long slices)
4. Ginger:- 1/2 inch (cut into 4 pieces)
5. Garlic:- 5-6 pieces
6. Green chillies:- 3
7. Kaju:- 10
8. Red chilli powder:- 1/2 tsp
9. Turmeric (haldi):- 1/2 tsp
10.Coriander powder:- 1 tsp
11.Chicken masala:- 1/2 tsp
12.Garam masala:- 1/4 tsp
13.Salt:- to taste
14.Oil:- 7-8 tsp
15.Cream (malai):- 1/2 cup
16.Coriander leaves:- 2 tsp (chopped)

Heat the oil(4 tsp),add onion,ginger and garlic cook them till their colour turn into brown.Then take them out and keep a side .Take a mixture grinder jar and put tomatoes,green chillies,kaju and brown (onion,ginger and garlic) then make a paste of them.Take a pan on the flame and heat the oil (3 tsp) then add this paste ,cook this paste for 5 minutes.Then add all spices and cream in it.Mix well. Cover a pan and cook on for 10-15 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Lemon Chicken


1.Chicken:- 700g
2.Ginger Garlic paste:- 1 1/2 tsp
3.Oil:- 2 tsp
4.Red chilli powder:- 1 tsp
5.Coriander powder:- 1tsp
6.Curd:- 2tsp
7.Lemon juice:- 2 tsp
8.Salt:- to taste
9.Garam masala:-a pinch


  • In a bowl put chicken,curd,1tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,lemon juice and salt¬† mix them well.keep a side for one hour.
  • ¬†Heat the oil,add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and the marinated chicken. Mix well.
  • Cover a pan and cook on high flame for 15 min or till the chicken is tender. Sprinkle garam masala .Serve hot with green chatni and salad.

Chicken 65



Boneless chicken:1 kg
Maida:2 1/2 spoon
Corn flour:2 tsp
Ajinomoto:1/4 tsp
Salt: to taste
Garam masala: a pinch
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Red colour: a pinch
Ginger Garlic paste: 2 tsp
Curd:1 cup
Green chillies:10-15
Chopped Ginger Garlic:1tsp
Curry leaves:15-20
Lemon juice:2-3 tsp
Water :1/2 cup
Oil: for deep fry
Coriander leaves:2 tsp (chopped)

Take a bowl add chicken,eggs,maida,cornflour,salt,ginger garlic paste,ajinomoto,red chilli powder and water.Mix well.Keep a side for 30 minutes.And then deep fry the chicken.Mix red colour in curd.Take a pan on heat and pour 3-4 tsp oil .After 2 min add green chillies,curry leaves and chopped ginger garlic.After a minute add curd.Mix well.Then add chicken,lemon juice,coriander leaves mix them properly and sprinkle garam masala.
